RCS uses TeamViewer to remotely support our customers. Download our Quick Support tool to let our Support team work on your RCS machine. Option one is a one-time TeamViewer host allowing RCS one-time remote access to your machine. This does not install any software on your machine and when the application is closed RCS will no longer have access to that machine. Option 2 and 3 are permanent installs for new machines and clients.
